Welcome to your Swedish sanctuary, a place where tranquillity meets comfort. Step into our air-conditioned apartment boasting two warm, inviting bedrooms, each accommodating two comfortable beds. Wake up rejuvenated, as the sun rises over the coast, a sight that you can drink in from your bed or the expansive terrace overlooking the sea. The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living area, doubling as an entertainment hub. Equipped with a flat-screen TV and a comfy seating space, kick back and unwind after your day's adventure. Stay connected to the world with our high-speed Wi-Fi whilst our well-stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator invites the chef in you to prepare delectable meals. Our bathroom is your personal sanctuary offering hot water, a hairdryer, and a well-lit mirror. A washer-dryer setup ensures you’re ready for new adventures each day. Towels and bed linens are available as optional charges for added convenience, while essentials like hangers, iron, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and room-darkening shades are provided for your comfort and safety.

As the spring season emerges, our apartment provides a serene base for exploration. There's a host of attractions to peak your interest like the ancient Rock Carvings in Tanum. A leisurely walk from the apartment uncovers the charming Kungsklyftan and the captivating Vitlycke Museum. For those seeking constant adventure, there is an array of activities like fishing, golfing, snorkeling, and water sports, all just under 4 kilometers away. As important holidays like Midsummer Day, Christmas, and New Year draw near, our apartment becomes the perfect place for a family retreat, or for couples seeking a peaceful escape over the holidays. When it comes to dining, a variety of restaurants are located just a kilometer away for you to savour the local flavours. For essentials and other needs, shops can be found within a 1400-meter radius. Bringing cherished pets? We request that they're not left unattended and mindful of our smoke-free, party-free ambiance. Bed sheets and 1 big towel is not included in the rental price, but we can arrange the same through a third party supplier if you order this in advance of your arrival. You can also bring your own bed sheets and towels. Departure cleaning is not included in the rental price but you can clean by yourself or We can arrange cleaning through a third party supplier if this is ordered in advance. To protect our premises, we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental screening provider. A security deposit of 1500 SEK is required, refunded upon the property's return without damage or alteration and properly cleaned if cleaning service not has been ordered.

Also, free street parking is available. Please note, electric EV charging is supported at this property.

House Rules

1. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00 2. This is a no-smoking property 3. The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. 4. Trash and perishables must be disposed of, and dishes washed before departure. (Also compulsory if you have ordered cleaning) 5. Cleaning needs to be completed before departure otherwise, will the deposit not be paid back (Cleaning can be arranged if you had ordered the same before arrival and paid) 6. Parking is free for one car, and the vehicle needs to be parked, so it does not block the sea view from other properties, and parking instructions are sent before arrival. 7. Charging electric cars is not allowed in ordinary electrical outlets around the house as they are not dimensioned for this and can cause a fire. 8. Dogs are not allowed to be leaved alone in the house or at the terrace. You are responsible to make sure that the dog does not bark to avoid disturbance of other guests. Dogs are not allowed to pie on the terrace or within the house. You are also responsible to pay a cost from sanitations from pie within the house or at the terrace / lot.
