Bryggan Fjällbacka is a family-owned hotel & restaurant complex located in the heart of the west coast pearl Fjällbacka. The business has been run by the family since 1996. With us, we place great emphasis on offering a quality dining experience both during the summer high season and at other times of the year. In our hotel you will find 10 tastefully decorated hotel rooms divided into five different accommodation categories.

During the summer, we offer four different restaurant concepts including our sister restaurant, The Harbor House, which is located in the neighboring town of Hamburgsund.

During the summer months, Fjällbacka has a vibrant restaurant life and it is flocked by tourists, mainly on land but also in Fjällbacka’s beautiful archipelago. Bryggan Fjällbacka is currently open more or less 11 months a year. During early spring and winter, most of the restaurant business is concentrated on the weekends.

In total, Bryggan Fjällbacka’s workforce during the summer season consists of around 100 employees distributed across four different restaurants, the hotel, our bars and our café.
