Our charming Anexet is designed for your comfort, offering a tranquil getaway in the heart of Fjällbacka. The living space boasts two inviting bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to provide a restful sleep after the day's adventures.
The heart of our Anexet is the open-concept living area, embracing natural light and embedding itself in mesmerizing sea views. Outfitted with a flat-screen TV and cozy seating, it's the ideal spot to relax with a book or catch up on your favorite shows. The adjoining dining area seamlessly transitions into a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the culinary essentials you need to whip up wonderful meals.

Note: Departure cleaning is not included in the rental price, but you can clean by yourself or we can arrange for a third party cleaning services. A deposit of 1500 SEK will be charged before arrival and returned within 10 days post-departure subject to no damages and cleaning requirements has been followed if departure cleaning not has been ordered. Please also ensure to adhere to our house rules, including quiet hours and no-smoking policy.
Bed sheets and 1 big towel is not included in the rental price, but we can arrange the same through a third party supplier if you order this in advance of your arrival. You can also bring your own bed sheets and towels.

Guests are given unrestricted private access to the property, including all indoor spaces, outdoor terrace, and parking areas. Check-in is made stress-free with our self-check-in smart lock system for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at any time that suits you best. Free parking is available on-site for one vehicle, with additional street parking readily available. Be mindful of our parking etiquette and park in a manner that preserves the sea view for all properties.House Rules

2. This is a no-smoking property
3. The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
4. Trash and perishables must be disposed of, and dishes washed before departure. (Also compulsory if you have ordered cleaning)
5. Cleaning needs to be completed before departure otherwise, will the deposit not be paid back (Cleaning can be arranged if you had ordered the same before arrival and paid)
6. Parking is free for one car, and the vehicle needs to be parked, so it does not block the sea view from other properties, and parking instructions are sent before arrival.
7. Charging electric cars is not allowed in ordinary electrical outlets but can be done at two EV chargers available at the property with credit card.
